We are pleased to inform you that Banking, Finance and Insurance Institute of Nepal Limited (BFIN) is organizing a 1 and half day Physical Training Program on “Customer Service Excellence" on Magh 2 – 3, 2077 at Hotel Harrison Palace, Biratnagar.

This course is designed for employees (up to officer level) working in customer service departments (CSD).

The training program will start from 1:30pm and ends at 5:00pm on Friday. Likewise, training starts from 9:30am and ends at 4:30pm on Saturday.
