Leadership Development Program

We are pleased to inform you that Banking Finance and Insurance Institute of Nepal Limited (BFIN) in collaboration with Consulate General of Nepal, Victoria, Melbourne, Australia and Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia is organizing a Five Days Training program on “Leadership Development Program scheduled on 20 - 24 Feb 2023 at Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia.

This high-level delegation is exclusively for Board Members, Senior Executives, and Management (CEOs, Deputy CEOs and Department Chiefs) currently working in Banks and Microfinance Institutions.

The expected number of delegations is between 15 – 25 executives.

You are kindly requested to nominate the officials on or before 21 Nov 2022. Nominations received after the due date shall not be entertained. Please note that, we need to send the list of delegates to Australia by 24 Nov 2022 to enable them to organize all logistics and training programs. We also need to file for the Visa on time. We look for your support and cooperation by nominating officials within the given time.
