Leadership Development Program

We are pleased to inform you that the Banking Finance and Insurance Institute of Nepal Limited (BFIN) in collaboration with the Consulate General of Nepal, Victoria, Melbourne, Australia, and Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia is organizing a Five Days Training program on “Leadership Development Program” scheduled on 02 – 06 October 2023 at Victoria University, Melbourne, Australia.

This high-level delegation is exclusively for the Senior Executives and Management (Board of Directors, CEOs, Deputy CEOs, and Department Chiefs) currently working in Banks, Micro Finance Institutions, and in Public sector organizations.

You are kindly requested to nominate the officials on or before 23 June 2023. Please note that we need to send the list of delegates to Australia by 25 June 2023 to enable them to organize all logistics and training programs. We also need to file for the Visa on time. We look for your support and cooperation by nominating officials within the given time.
