MoU between Banking Finance and Insurance Institute of Nepal Limited (BFIN) and Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Cooperative Management (VAMNICOM) 2020-11-25

Banking Finance and Insurance Institute of Nepal Limited (BFIN) is pleased to share the news that on 25 Nov, 2020 BFIN signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with VAMNICOM.

The purpose of this MoU is to underpin the development of a long-term partnership between BFIN and VAMNICOM for conducting and coordinating in the areas of Training, Education, Research and Consultancy Services, Information Technology and other allied services offered by both Institutions. Both Institutions promises to enhance staff and Executive development opportunities by fully exploiting the strengths of both institutions, to the benefit of all concerned.

To mark this, a virtual meeting was organized on 25 Nov 2020 between the BFIN and VAMNICOM via CISCO Webex. The program was attended by Dr. K.K. Tripathy (Director, VAMNICOM), Prof. D.V. Deshpandey (Professor, VAMNICOM), Dr. D Ravi (Lecturer, VAMNICOM) and other faculty members from VAMNICOM; Dr. Binod Atreya (MD, BFIN) and other team members from BFIN.

Dr. Atreya presented a brief on BFIN, its achievements and future plans. Likewise, Dr. Tripathy expressed his thoughts on how both the organization can work together in the field of Education & Training for the betterment of concerned. Both of them showcased the signed MoU.

BFIN extends its special regards to Dr. Amrendra Sahoo for bridging the relationship with VAMNICOM. Although he could not join in the meeting he sent a congratulation message.
